Minutes for September 14 were read and accepted.
The Board discussed the need of including on the applicant>39 Lake Shore Drive
Book 12519 Page 334 R-24-D-01
Special Permit Request
Mr. Molin explained his project to the Board. Abutter Tony Benedetto was also present and supported the project. Mr. Molin would like to rebuild and enlarge a bedroom and add a deck while keeping within the required setback lines.
A site visitation was scheduled for October 1, at 5:30 PM
A continuance was scheduled for October 12, at 7:30 PM.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:35 PM.
